Description and Review

The most recent Civic sedan provides a far more aggressive condition than other folks in its class, including the Toyota Corolla, Chevrolet Cruze, Mazda Mazda3, Ford Focus, Volkswagen Jetta, and Nissan Sentra. Its wedged form, sharp creases, substantial front apertures, and multifaceted lights could be far too bold for many, but regardless of this design, numerous consumers nonetheless spot the Civic substantial on their purchasing listing. There are 5 essential trims to the Civic: LX, EX, EX-T, EX-L, and Touring. Every trim offers significantly upscale and complex capabilities than the future, giving the consumers plenty of options regardless of their spending budget.

Exterior

A remarkably expressive style and design are unique for all Civic human body designs such as a wide, wing-like grille bar sweeps again around the low-profile headlights, as well as lower-intake region sporting outboard elements echoed within the rear of your car. Intricately sculpted sheet steel alongside one another with their distinct silhouettes and curves.

Automated projector-beam halogen headlights, LED daytime jogging lights and taillights with integrated LED gentle bars as well as power-adjustable mirrors and 16-inch coated steel wheels are typical in all models. For additional premium, the list extends to comprehensive LED headlights, an impressive sunroof, 16- and 17-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, and heated exterior mirrors with LED flip signals.

Interior

The Civic’s interior is impressive with its upscale, logical, and attractive design. Honda has removed the Civic’s controversial bi-level dashboard in the two earlier versions and replacing it with a traditional and easy-to-read switchgear. The instrument cluster displays velocity as well as other info on a thoroughly clean and concise Liquid crystal display monitor. The Civic also features a wonderful array of standard characteristics such as an electronic parking brake, standard automatic local weather handle, as well as a 5-inch color infotainment system with USB connectivity and Bluetooth. Customers may also enhance into a bigger infotainment method with CarPlay and Android Vehicle and insert features like push-button start, dual-zone local climate handle, heated seats, and LaneWatch, which makes use of a camera mounted on the side-mirror to provide the more visibility in that space through lane adjustments, right-hand turns, or parallel parking.

Buyers who choose for your EX-T, EX-L, and Touring trim levels have a 1.5-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder motor with 174 horsepower.

Both engine kinds have head-of-class in fuel economy. The 2.0-liter achieves 29 MPG in towns, 39 MPG on freeway, and 32 blended MPG with all the manual or 31, 40, and 34 as well as with all the CVT. The 1.5-liter with guide transmission performs at 31, 42, and 35 MPG.

Features

The Civic sedan is a little bit from the leaders’ speed in conventional technological innovation. Its typical multi-angle rearview camera is matched using a five-inch show. Rivals like the Toyota Corolla rely on much larger touchscreens. Also normal for your Civic sedan are Bluetooth connectivity, a USB port and four audio speakers.

Furthermore, the Civic receives top-rated scores in all crash groups, and it contains protection features just like a conventional reversing digicam along with the Honda Sensing suite, that’s accessible on each trim. I switched from my 2015 Chevy Tahoe to a 2018 Honda Civic ex-t. Aka- I went from 10-13mpg (had lift and 33” tires on Tahoe) to 35 average, and lowered my monthly payment by 100.00. That really adds up to a lot of money that I felt like I was wasting. I love the technology features that are part of the package that I purchased. The 1.5 turbo engine is great! The car is super great looking and amazingly fun to drive. I feel safe, secure, smart to be a proud owner of my 2018 Honda, and I am very happy with my purchase. I am already day dreaming about my next new Honda 🙂
